This specialty tool makes it easy to remove and replace the thermostatic fan assembly on 1984 Thru 1993-Ford 6.9L and 7.3-L engines.
With 4.2mm thickness low-profile design reaches into tight engine compartments to access the fan clutch.
Simply attach a 1/2" drive ratchet or breaker bar to generate the leverage and torque required to break loose the nut.
The tool can also be used with a torque wrench to properly tighten the nut during reassembly.
